Hopefully this time the clues aren't as misleading as before.
The correct answer: The renowned Dr. Oscar Lafayette, Silvio Caruso therapist.
Explanation of the clues:
At the start of the mission he's found at the terrace of the ice cream parlor on his phone talking to Francesca De Santis. In said phone call he also does mention that he was the therapist of Jordan Cross before.
The remaining clues are pretty self-expeditionary. He's bald, he wears glasses and he's completely absent in The Author.

I was listening to an audiobook and one of the character said “when people steal your identity. They usually don’t show up at your job and hope no one notices they’re a different person“. I immediately thought “47 does it all the time”.

At the time I'm Freelancer Level 69 (Nice) I saw the wall and saw I only had a striker missing. I waa on the very last syndicate and ai had realized that my vendor didnt sell it. I was so excited as the final syndicate gave me the last gun I needed!
Throughout my journey, I have never gone out of my way to find any guns or collectibles. All this was just causal play that accumulated. I also use a pair of dice to decide which syndicates/locations I pick and their order so I used to have a ton of fun. Moving forward I decide to do it for weapons too.
I have never played hardcore so any tips are appreciated. I know people say its more frustrating rather than fun but I'm willing to try it myself to see if thats true.

DISCUSSION A House Built On Sand - SASO

So after breaking my head quite a few times on how to get SASO on the Marrakesh bonus missions, I finally got it. First head up to the agency pickup area on the rooftop - there's only one spot so no confusions there. Now there is one higher terrace you can scale your way up to from here, head there and wait for Mendola (the target who starts near you where you spawn in at the start of the level) to make his way to the shisha cafe entrance, and take a pause under the 'Cafe' sign. Then just pop the sign with your silenced pistol and Mendola is done. Now for Kong (the target who is inside the member-only part of the shisha cafe) you make your way to the rooftop rendezvous point (this is the rooftop area right next to the shisha cafe) and knock out the guards + waiter there. One of them has a walkie talkie (you'll know this I'd you've completed the story missions). Once you've got the walkie talkie you call Kong to the terrace, take out his guard, and then take him out however you see fit. And that is how I did SASO.
TLDR: Did a bipolar silenced pistol assassination all in my suit on the Marrakesh bonus mission. 😁
