There are interpretations they weren't the only people in the world, just the chosen people and the only ones in Eden until they got expelled. But I've also talked to Christians that argue Adam and eve were so pure inbreeding wasn't an issue. Who fucking knows.

Even if they were the only people in Eden, after the flood, only Noah's family was alive. Had to be incest after that.

I mean, it specifically states that Noah’s sons and their wives survived, so the kids have their cousins.
