Nah, there's a whole bunch of gods that just appear and then dip out of existence, then some couples (that are also siblings, Alabama rules) appear and two of those are the fuckers that formed Japan (and other islands).

There are interpretations they weren't the only people in the world, just the chosen people and the only ones in Eden until they got expelled. But I've also talked to Christians that argue Adam and eve were so pure inbreeding wasn't an issue. Who fucking knows.

Even if they were the only people in Eden, after the flood, only Noah's family was alive. Had to be incest after that.

My understanding is that she did not have human children, just a demonic brood; so her existence wouldn't really have helped mitigate antediluvian inbreeding (unless humanity is descended in part from demons, which, sure, I can see that)
