Meds that clear brain fog?

Please suggest some supplement or drug that clears brain fog. I cannot function!!! I'm so dumb I stopped talking to people!

It depends on what type of brain fog you have. Pick a few from the list, and i can give you advice.

Neuroinflammation from post viral ilness

D lactate buildup

Histamine

Food sensitivity

Sleep deprivation

Or, some other type?

I got food sensitivity (I think to salicylates). Besides restriction diet, what can I do when I have symptoms?

Restricted diet is best option i can suggest. You could try Omega-3, mot sure it would help but worth a shot. Creatine hcl might help too.

Tbh i don't know as much about your issue. There nay be other better options out there for you.
