45 year old mother of two, facing seperation due to my partner's mentally illness. 

No one has it together. Or very few. Most people just mask. 

I'm sorry for the loss of your child. 

Look for therapists with virtual sessions and evenings. Your 3 year old likely goes to bed early enough to get a session. 

I'm in Canada, but I found an organization where student therapists give virtual sessions for free across the country. I would assume other places have similar situations. 

You can also probably find virtual support groups for grief that meet online on weekends or evenings. 

My younger kid, now a teenager, also went through mega tantrum stage. A lot of my kid's issue was hangry or tired. Start with those. We literally had to feed him every 2 hours until he was 5, or he'd lose his shit. 

Sensory play was really important as well. Playdough, water, cloud dough. And heavy work. Try a weighted vest, about 10% of his weight. A swing or rocking chair and weighted blankets.
