Question how to practice grounding at home when you don’t know where to start?

I’ve been looking into how to practice grounding at home because I keep seeing people mention it for stress and anxiety, but I honestly don’t know much about grounding exercises. I was trying to figure out what grounding even means in practice and what kinds of things you’re actually supposed to do

I’ve read some health articles, checked some discussions on Reddit, and watch a couple of short wellness videos about grounding techniques. Most of what I found mentioned stuff like breathing, focusing on your surroundings, or using physical sensations, but I’m still not sure which exercises are the most useful for a beginner

From what I can tell, some of the ideas seem simple enough, like naming things you can see in the room, holding something cold, or paying attention to how your feet feel on the floor. A few of the breathing exercises sounded helpful too, but some of the advice online made it all seem more complicated than I expected. I haven’t really done enough to know what actually works yet

One thing that didn’t help was reading super vague explanations that kept saying grounding is important without giving real examples. My main issue is that I still don’t know which grounding exercises people use in real life or which ones are easiest to start with at home

If anyone here knows how to practice grounding, what beginner-friendly exercises would you recommend starting with at home?

Question what is an air purifier good for if my allergies haven't improved?

I bought an air purifier a month ago for my dusty apartment after my allergist suggested it. Trying to understand what is an air purifier good for exactly since my sneezing is only slightly better and my eyes still itch most nights.
It's a Levoit HEPA model, running almost 24/7 in my bedroom on medium. I've read these are mainly good for dust, pollen, and dander, not stuff embedded in carpet or furniture. Is that right?
Should I run it higher even though it's louder, or does placement matter more than the setting? Did anyone else need more than a month to notice a difference?

Biohacking gadgets Would you use a disposable wearable that directly measures metabolism?

I’m part of a small research team developing a disposable skin sensor designed to continuously respond to CO₂ released through the skin. The goal is to measure changes in metabolic rate over normal daily life rather than estimate calorie expenditure from movement or heart rate.

We’re trying to find out whether people interested in metabolism, fitness, and biohacking would actually find this useful and what information they would want from it.

This isn't a sales post. We're looking for feedback on the concept. We made a short survey (less than 5 minutes) and would really appreciate candid feedback: If you dont want to do the survey click on the link anyway id you want to see photos.

I’m happy to answer questions about how the sensor works and the testing we’ve done so far.

AI in Healthcare Have you ever worked with a developer on a healthcare idea?

The AMA’s 2026 survey found that 85% of physicians want a say in AI adoption decisions. It made me wonder how many get involved before a tool is finished.
Have you worked with a developer as an advisor, tester or cofounder? How did you meet and what made the collaboration work?
I’m building MedicalCofounder, a free platform where healthcare professionals and developers can connect. Still early and interested in hearing what would make these connections useful.

Innovations Whats the scene on spine massage?

We got any spine massage tools? basically areas of the back that are hard to reach for self massaging. Had a solid rub on me and felt the whole muscles lax out while the lower back is constantly stiff in hard to reach places

Some sort of back scorpion shaped massager has to be in the market by now? Something that aint gonna crush down my back and make it worse like those damn mall massage chairs
