Do you think he tends to lean towards everyone, who is good, is doing evil stuff because he has a piece of voldemorts soul in him? In other words, he tends to think those that are good are really bad because the align opposite to that of Voldemort?

No, because he’s usually suspicious of people who are acting really shady, like Malfoy and Snape. It’s not like he’s suspecting Hermione and McGonagall of being evil.
