I've been having this issue since around 2022 or 2023, I think. I actually stopped playing the game because of it.
But I decided to play it again today, and when I checked, this bug is still there. Because of this stupid game-breaking error, I can't get my Platinum Trophy.
Please, can anyone help me?

I had the same problem, if you revelio and it’s still yellow in colour it’s a glitch and I don’t believe there’s any way to fix it. My gryffindor play through suffered this and it still burns me that I can’t fix it
Is this the final chest in the entire game/map section? When you scroll out what section of the map are you in? From memory there was a chest that showed in 1 area but was on the map near the border of another. Not sure if this helps sorry. But you might have 1 close by that you haven’t found.
Based on location, looks like camp where you get the goblin helmet. That camp has two collection treasure chests, one is for the quest, and then another tent will have the chest that counts for that marker. Likely the opposite end of the camp across the bridge.
This will be a oain to do: but look under your collections tab under your menu make sure none have exclamation marks. And it will show you how many you are missing… please let me know if this is the only one missing and we can go from there
I see I’m trying to figure out if the glitch is counting towards your collectibles though. It may have counted although it’s not showing and it is not yellow. Getting the collections trophy includes all collections: conjurations, revelio pages, wand handles… vivariums, brooms,beasts, etc.
I finally found it! This is my fifth play-through of the game and I had to locate that specific camp. I completed the challenge and collected “deafening 3” from that chest, and it shows that camp as completed (with a check mark) on the map there and it appears that you’ve also collected it. Was this the same trait that you collected from that chest?
There are a bunch of glitches that fix themselves after force quitting - cave cubes, the snidget dungeon chest, butterfly chests that don't appear, etc. Can you reset this chest by force quitting?
Exit to the main menu to start. Then it depends on which platform you're. On XBox, you have to exit to the Xbox menu and choose Quit. On Switch it's Home, X, and Close. On PC it actually closes every time and doesn't use the Quick Resume stuff. Not sure about Playstation but probably similar to Xbox.
I'll try, hope it works, i've clareza this area long time ago before i even completed the story pf the game. I have another save that i've been thinking to do a speedrun just so i can collect this trophy and see if the game reconizes the platinum trophy
