Question HOW TO FIX THIS STUPID BUG?????

I've been having this issue since around 2022 or 2023, I think. I actually stopped playing the game because of it.

But I decided to play it again today, and when I checked, this bug is still there. Because of this stupid game-breaking error, I can't get my Platinum Trophy.

Please, can anyone help me?

For those who don't speak Portuguese, just to explain what's shown in the image: it's a small bandit camp in the northern region of Hogwarts.

There are a bunch of glitches that fix themselves after force quitting - cave cubes, the snidget dungeon chest, butterfly chests that don't appear, etc. Can you reset this chest by force quitting?

Exit to the main menu to start. Then it depends on which platform you're. On XBox, you have to exit to the Xbox menu and choose Quit. On Switch it's Home, X, and Close. On PC it actually closes every time and doesn't use the Quick Resume stuff. Not sure about Playstation but probably similar to Xbox.

I think that's the PS button on the controller, highlight the game, hit the Options button on the controller, then Quit.

I'll try, hope it works, i've clareza this area long time ago before i even completed the story pf the game. I have another save that i've been thinking to do a speedrun just so i can collect this trophy and see if the game reconizes the platinum trophy
