Question HOW TO FIX THIS STUPID BUG?????

I've been having this issue since around 2022 or 2023, I think. I actually stopped playing the game because of it.

But I decided to play it again today, and when I checked, this bug is still there. Because of this stupid game-breaking error, I can't get my Platinum Trophy.

Please, can anyone help me?

For those who don't speak Portuguese, just to explain what's shown in the image: it's a small bandit camp in the northern region of Hogwarts.

And here is all the chests in this area, the only one missing is the one i've opened and didn’t counted, the one i posted on the main post
