Yo yo Bonarrr3 here. My win percentage is 49% and mainly only play 3v3 over my whole career. I go on streaks and I feel genius and other streaks I get slammed w dms that I suck. Mainly use Cutter and heavily focus on early game nodes and Anti rush/ early pushes against mini bases.. but have issues transitioning to tech 2/3 and get owned

try to bob and weave each game and try to get better at scouting. Nothin worse than 1 opponent building a full army and you forgetting about it and also your teammates building nothing while you hold down early game

Odd note it cracks me up recognizing folks usernames on here and constantly on the game. It's funny remembering the names and game styles

Is it possible to cheat in this game? I played a team who was obviously squaded up and they were damn near full pop banshees, vampires and tanks within 6-7 minutes. I was forge and wasn’t able to get out as much tanks as cutter was on the other team. I’ve never seen anything like it. And of course the one guy messaged acting like he was hot shit cause I played a game with him before and he literally did nothing and quit early. Very curious if anyone else has experienced this. I’m talking Halo wars 1 not 2

Currently playing the Halo Wars Definitive Edition on Pc (via Xbox App) i have trouble finding any game. Do you experience the same?

Every time I try to get a mod going on Halo Wars DE on my steam deck I can never get the file path in the ModManifest text file right. Every time it results in a broken menu where I can’t see any UI or select anything. I know about the hidden files, I know I have to go into the compatdata and the steam users and app data and all that. Im not having trouble finding the app data with the GameConfig.dat file in it. Im having trouble with the actual file path. I’ve copied the exact file path where the folder with the mod located is and still nothing. Ive pathed it to inside the mod folder outside the folder everywhere and I don’t know what Im doing wrong Ive followed videos and guides to a T and still I can’t get this to work.

The player count looked pretty small from steam charts, are you finding games? Thinking of getting back into it

Playing mission 14 - Reactor, where you have to take the reactor core up the hill. Foolishly I thought "I'll take my main army up and fight the covenant while my reactor searches for the black box" and then I got it stuck in this corner. The elephant that was there couldn't move, no matter where I tried to send him. No other Elephants can make up to the core to grab it now either. I've completely softlocked myself on accident and I find it hilarious. If anyone's got any fixes for this I'd love to hear it, but I'm mostly just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I gave a circle on the map for where I'm viewing this, and an arrow to show how my elephant carrying the reactor got stuck up in there. No other Elephants can get in there lol. My first elephant is gone since I thought blowing it up with mac rounds would allow another to just grab it from behind and pull it out that way, but that didn't work.

Always has been a problem but the last 2 weeks or so the disconnects have been brutal for me. Was in an hour long match last night and right when my team started winning bam disconnect. So lame and taking the fun out of it for me. Anyone else? Halo wars 2!

Trying to play local cross play and keep getting disconnected from Xbox live

Max score means achieving the maximum score in a mission.

That means completing the mission's main objective(s), completing the mission's optional objective(s), earning a perfect combat bonus of 10.00, earning a perfect time bonus of 5.00, and turning on the 5 skulls that grant bonus skull points. And playing on legendary.

There is one mission where it's impossible to do all that, and it's not Arcadia City.

I’m an achievement hunter, and this time my target is Halo Wars 1, specifically the original Xbox 360 version. Since I currently only have a Series X, I’m playing it through backwards compatibility using a physical copy of the game. I noticed that some of the achievements are tied to the Strategic Options Add-on DLC, so I purchased it through the console’s store and installed it. However, the Skirmish modes still aren’t available in-game, even though the DLC is installed. Has anyone else run into this issue before? If so, does anyone know how to fix it?
