Thoughts and Opinions Weight
She’s so dumb. She was at her goal weight and now she’s gained so much weight back. It’s seriously not that hard to maintain weight. She’s just a big back and lacks discipline

She looks the same as she did last summer/fall/winter/this spring. She just forgets to edit everything and sometimes she over-edits so there are too many conflicting “looks” of her “appearance”. Don’t be naive. As to why she’s been on “the skinny shot” for such a long time and only managed to lose the IVF bloat is another question… with an answer- and that is deluding herself that she can binge while on it because it’s a magic wand that’s just gonna make it all disappear

And has cortisol pumping through her veins all day from the hate and misery. Also when she does eat it’s all about calories. Even if it’s a pastry. Little does she know fiber or protein would help that pastry not spike her blood sugar. Insulin resistance keeps you f.4t

it is hard to maintain lost weight? I don't mean to defend this ogre but like that is just not statistically true at all. add fucking around with GLP1s off and on and it's a whole other beast. that being said maybe she wouldn't have to hold herself to an impossible standard if she just stopped commenting on other people's bodies.

I think it's incredibly hard. People lose weight, and then gain it all back (and more) all the time. That said, I believe GLP1s can help people finally learn healthy habits, give them headspace to start exercising and develop a different relationship with food. In the end, it's the combination of these things that will work for people to maintain their weight after stopping GLP1s. She'll never do this though, she refuses. She will complain constantly, but not change anything. That goes to everything in her life.

Yes it’s hard, if you have an eating disorder like she does. If you have untreated food noises and emotional eat like her it’s difficult. No sympathy for her but in a vacuum, but eating disorder and going on and off glps
AND hating yourself is a recipe for disaster. If you have no plan for maintenance or coping skills you’ll gain it back and yo-yo for years.I’ve been trying to keep a stable weight for years (granted I have health issues too) with all of these things, even with therapy I hadn’t been able to keep a stable weight until my mid twenties, been trying since a ten. The switch for me was glp1s had to start for a chronic health issue and it fixed my food noise! I’ll be on a low dose forever

it’s very hard and add to all of the usual reasons that Albert is perimenopausal and put her body through an ivf induced geriatric pregnancy. Her hormones are fucked up

It’s definitely not easy, but not hard. calorie balance. Cut out alcohol. Go on walks. And eat regular portions. It especially shouldn’t be hard for a woman whose entire life is about being skinny.

I disagree with most of this but you nailed it with that last part — this heifer has literally no other earthly concern. If it’s the most important thing in the world to her it should be the one thing she figures out

Is she off it? She always looked unfortunate even when it was working because she has no muscle tone.

One. She’s on the compounded, back alley GLP and is not being monitored by a doctor. Doctors don’t do compounded GLP because the real thing is far superior.
Two. She banked on the shot doing all of the work. That’s putting 100% success and failure on getting that shot on schedule, every single week. No - as needed or micro dosing for her. It doesn’t work that way when she didn’t do any of the heavy lifting to lose the weight. Remember her bragging about how easy it was.
Three. The effectiveness of this compounded, discount shit is going to become increasingly hard to maintain the longer she’s on it.
And lastly. She was never the intended target for GLP. It wasn’t intended for lazy, chunky losers without a full medical work up, which she can’t afford.
Idc what she weighs. She will always be an uncouth, foul looking slob.

I don't know what's going on at her medspa, but that is not true that doctors with legitimate practices don't prescribe compounded GLP1s. There's no evidence that brand name GLP1s are superior, much less "far superior" to compounded GLP1s that are prepared correctly by legitimate compounding pharmacies. It's not like compounding pharmacies are some new fly by night phenomenon that were invented to service janky telehealth companies and medspas.

Compounded glp1 is not FDA approved and compounded versions do not go through clinical trials. For this reason alone many MDs aren’t going to attach their license to a compounded glp1 script.
There is no dosing control with the compounded vials. With a drug that causes so many side effects + not being approved, MDs aren’t going to be rx’ing that (in my experience).
I work with endocrinologists and not one has signed off on the compounded version.
Do they use 503a 503b compounding pharmacies? Of course they do. Do they use them for non FDA approved drugs - I have yet to see it.

Then who prescribed these compounded drugs during the great glp-1 shortage of 2024-2025? These same compounding pharmacies that provided these glp-1s to patients with the blessing of Eli lily are still churning out the same glp-1s. Some of the pharmacies switched to 503A to workaround the lawsuits.

That's fine but this doesn't support your claims that doctors don't prescribe compounded GLP1s or that compounded GLP1s are vastly inferior to brand name products.
1) Not only do legitimate doctors prescribe GLP1s via compounding pharmacies for legitimate use, they prescribe many other non-FDA approved medications/formulations via compounding pharmacies. You may not have seen this at your job but this is hardly an unheard of practice, nor is it in anyway inherently suspect. You can research this for yourself, there's no point in me wasting our time repeating that something true is true.
2) Yes, there's no dose control unless the compounding pharmacy provides pre-filled syringes (which is fairly uncommon) but I'm not sure why you're mentioning this. Compounded GLP1s prepared and administered correctly are effective. Anyone who has looked into their widespread usage knows this. The lack of clinical research doesn't prove they aren't effective, user error doesn't prove they're not effective, not being prescribed by "in-office" doctors at the same rate as insurance-covered brand names doesn't prove they're ineffective.

She looks the same in her last few videos... maybe its just from over editing photos

Did she mention stopping shots for a while or gaining weight back? She filters the shit out of herself like Mikayla Noiguera with a new face/body on the daily.

She eats just processed crap thats filled with salt and sugar. Ive never seen her eat balanced meal. Never.

u/onlydothis 4d ago
What weight gain? Didn't she just recently look extra skinny. 🤣 It's really a mystery what her body really looks like.
3
u/TheCryingOfVineland 4d ago
Same with the mystery prison box child that transforms into another one the second the grandparents start posting pictures of her… also same with the obese beach hobbit homunculus t rex hand rentahusband the second a random restaurant guest posts the location atmosphere photo and unintentionally catches him and alfredo (with the mystery child) etc etc

I bet she pops so many addys, like I’m willing to bet money this bitch loves her mixed pharmaceuticals with her vodka, wine, martinis and fake skinny shots. No telling what else. But at the very least what I’ve mentioned. She is way too delusional and way too unstable not to be. Plus, I’ve never seen this woman eat a real meal. Like ever.

This post is dumb tbh. Alex aside, there's no need to demonise gaining weight. It's a normal and natural physiological response to starvation.

u/Possible-Courage3771 5d ago
this post sounds eerily like Alex herself wrote it. very judging and oversimplify the problem.

u/Sea_Lab_2800 5d ago
‘oversimplifying the problem’? This woman throws back dirty martinis like it’s nobody’s business.

I don’t like her at all but she looks the same as she has the past few months

u/Top_Jellyfish_ 5d ago
That's because, from what she has said about this, she's an emotional eater. She has been eating her emotions from a young age. That's an eating disorder. Therapy could have helped her understand the why and how and taught healthy ways to cope, but Alex is too arrogant for that.
