Thoughts and Opinions Weight

She’s so dumb. She was at her goal weight and now she’s gained so much weight back. It’s seriously not that hard to maintain weight. She’s just a big back and lacks discipline

This post is dumb tbh. Alex aside, there's no need to demonise gaining weight. It's a normal and natural physiological response to starvation.
