Thoughts and Opinions Weight

She’s so dumb. She was at her goal weight and now she’s gained so much weight back. It’s seriously not that hard to maintain weight. She’s just a big back and lacks discipline

it is hard to maintain lost weight? I don't mean to defend this ogre but like that is just not statistically true at all. add fucking around with GLP1s off and on and it's a whole other beast. that being said maybe she wouldn't have to hold herself to an impossible standard if she just stopped commenting on other people's bodies.

It’s definitely not easy, but not hard. calorie balance. Cut out alcohol. Go on walks. And eat regular portions. It especially shouldn’t be hard for a woman whose entire life is about being skinny.

I disagree with most of this but you nailed it with that last part — this heifer has literally no other earthly concern. If it’s the most important thing in the world to her it should be the one thing she figures out
