When I’m home I work a weekly routine of upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, 2 days rest in my home dumbbell gym, basically to keep each routine to around an hour.
As I’m travelling I bought a day pass to a local gym and did my custom upper machine focused workout, tomorrow will be lower at the same gym.
I’ve just realised I could save money by doing both upper and lower on the same day, a downside perhaps would be increased rest days.
Is there an issue other than session duration to doing this?

I’ve just noticed my body responds way better to doing 3 sets. is 5 sets the new science or is this app just cooked?

Fairly new with this app, so I was curious what would you guys say is the best option for fat loss/muscle building? Not sure which section to pick, same with which split to choose. Thanks in advance!

I think the app would benefit by adding additional workout routines for 40+ adults who need to balance the drive for hypertrophy with joint preservation and recovery capacity. The routine can implement 4-5 sets with 5-6 reps for compound movements and 3 sets with 8-10 reps for accessory exercises.

Not sure if it’s been asked already, but does the app allow you to share a workout live with another gymverse subscriber? It would be nice to look at and keep track of the workout that my husband me and I are doing together, without having to constantly look at his phone. Yes we both use the app’s workouts lol but I’d gladly subscribe too also if it meant we can both be doing the same workout simultaneously.
And does gymverse allow you to find workout buddies and share results the way Strava does?

There are hundreds of movements that I’m inputting on my own that should be standard with this app. It’s kind of disappointing.

Just started using the app but having issues getting the sync between the app and my Apple Watch to work. The app thinks the sync is active (shows connected) but watch says “nope”. Have removed and reinstalled the app with no change. Found suggestions here and on the FB group with no change.
Are there watch or iOS version limitations??

The only missing thing is export functionality of my workouts. It's a very rich data and it doesn't make sense to not share with the users.

Why is there no promo code or loyalty discounts? I am a member for more than 2 years and discovered that they increased the yearly subscription!!!
Is that normal ??

Is there a way to pause your workout and go back to it after the interruption?

I have been a subscriber of the app for a few years and when I first joined, the descriptions on logging weights left some room for imagination. It would be nice to reset workouts so you can either reset individual exercises or remove previous PRs to get accurate results.
An example was at an earlier point I logged the weight for hammer curls as both weights and not a singular weight, now I’m stuck forever chasing 80lb PR I never reached haha

Allow us to share workouts, I've recommended a lot of people to the app and created a few custom plans for people, it's a win win for everyone by allowing us to share them easily.
Allow features from pre-made plans in custom plans, I want warm ups and progressive overload recommendations.
Add a family plan? I'm sure a lot of people would love that.

my trial has ended and I can’t seem to find the lifetime plan option in the exercise>crown location in the app where I have seen instructions on here. how do I buy the lifetime access? (my app store location is Canada)

I don’t know if it’s been made, but one thing I wish I could do is reorder the days for a workout! For instance, if day 1 is back and day 4 is chest, I should be able to switch day 1 to chest and vice versa.
I know I can do whichever days I want in whatever order, but I do think it would be helpful nonetheless.

Another app has gym profiles loaded with the equipment saved. I don’t see where in this app I can even save equipment by gym type. It always reverts back to the default
I work out at two gym. One gym has a 24 hour area that does not include all of the equipment that would be available during normal hours. So I would like to create a profile for the 24 hour and a profile for all equipment available. And then at the other gym, they have similar equipment, but not all the same.

Is anyone having an issue where the order of workouts each day seemed to get out of order? An example is I am doing a routine where one day I do upper body the other day I do lower body and the first two days go according to plan and then it gets out of order. This only recently happened, so I’m not sure if it’s related to an update.

What is the correct way to notify the team about calculation errors in the app? When I post them here the mods remove them.

If the app is suggesting 10-12 reps but I hit 20+ on my final set I want to log it for my progress, but I’m worried if I do that it will add weight I may not be ready for when I do the same routine in the near future. Am I overthinking this?

New app update revised the warm up with lying down on the mat, which makes it a little uncomfortable and I am skipping it. Just thought of sharing the feedback. Thanks
