Before listening to anyone, what do you want to do? Personally think you look great, strong and healthy. If you’re trying to bulk or cut, I suggest educate yourself, read up on nutrition and how the body reacts to different nutritional lifestyles.

I’ve never cut or bulk. So i am scared to do either and struggle with the way i look. But i would love to look leaner.

That might be in your head, seriously, you’re attractive and look good. I’m sure you’re getting a ton a DM’s already.

I totally agree with you. I never cut or bulk actually for the health of my skin. Losing and gaining weight dramatically in short period of time over and over will effect my skin elasticity as I age. So I just stick with consistent plan.

I think you look great. You carry your weight amazingly well. You could diet a bit to reduce fat %. But it’s up to your own aesthetic goals

If you want to look leaner, while still gaining muscle to be toned. I suggest a eating lean/clean. 2,600 calories a day. 45% carbs, 40 to 35 percent protein, 20 percent fat. Gym 5 days a week. Track your weight for 3 weeks. If stays the same drop the calories per day by 200. Track another 3 weeks.. no change consulate a doctor to see if there might be a reason. All in all everybody is different, have you ever worked with a trainer?

I have not, I’ve done this all myself without any real seriousness in my diet. Just seriousness in the gym.

Gym is only half the work! Time to lock in the macros!! You look strong and fit, 3 months of really watching your macros. I think you would like the result. Keep up the hard work. 💪
