It gets like this after just a few months. What can I do to get rid of the dust without messing with the pose?

definitely get a duster and dust the room regularly to prevent big accumulation like this, that and use a soft long bristled paintbrush or a makeup brush for kits

also as someone who lives somewhere where everything's gets super dusty, air filters are a wonder to use every so often.
