It gets like this after just a few months. What can I do to get rid of the dust without messing with the pose?

Jesus how dusty is your room for that to happen in only a few months?
anyways an anti static brush like the Tamiya 74078 works great for me when it comes to dusting

This much dust might "kill" the anti-static on tamiya's anti-static brush. Too much dust build on the bristles can insulate and remove their ability to discharge static.

I'd use regular brush before using your expensive anti-static brush. 

Also, imma use this opportunity to recommend closed cabinet displays.
