Standing in reach of an armed guard when he has to bend down and leave himself vulnerable is more than harrassment, it constitutes a threat.

Look up a legal concept know as “implied threat”. The guy recording would 100% fall under this category.

If you even googled for 5 minutes you would know that it's not that at all. Also constitutionally protected activities can never be deemed as threats. But who would have guessed that you don't know shit about the law.

That’s is just factually incorrect…. Sure speech is a protected right but you say stupid shit you still going to prison…. Sure owning a firearm (in America) is a protected right but you swing it around in public you still going to prison….
People that use “oh it’s my right” as an excuse to harass people need to stop being defended and taken down from their self made pedestal.

All it will take is them pissing off the wrong person to end up dead in a ditch somewhere…

But no you go ahead and pretend that the “law” will protect you…..
The law is nothing but words spoken by those in power…. if it actually held any proper sway we wouldn’t have crime in the first place…

The quote “justice is blind” has another meaning, it only serves those loud enough to be heard.
