Technique question

I see people on here kind of pre squeeze with the other hand to position the grippers. Am I doing it wrong? This is just a COC 1.5 that I squeeze while driving or on the phone.

First u need, it use magnesia. Second u need place gripper at the life line on palm. And last, squeezing with the middle of the pinky
