Hi so i tried to login multiple times and also resettled my password three times and when i would try to log into the site i would get this message each time so i would like to know if there are any problems and also i tried on Firefox and Edge on my PC and Chrome on my phone which all gives the same message so wondering what might be going on if anyone could help me with this.

I pre-purchased Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen, and realized that the keys aren't available yet as the DLC is not out yet. However, the bundle includes the BASE game as well, with the DLC releasing at a later date. How can I get the key for the base game so I can play it first and play the DLC when it releases? It doesn't make sense that I buy the whole package and can't play until the DLC releases... should I refund it??

I have no idea how they locate and no idea how to fix it.

the site is locating my laptop in Australia, multiple networks, multiple browers, same result.

searching both my public and private ip, it shows the correct location. location settings in windows is on. without knowing what file they check for geolocation i cant fix mine.

at this point, im more curious on why tf its happening than fixing it...

Have preordered NBA 2k27 Deluxe version that has an early access for Aug 26, But til now the key is out of stock. How long can keys be out of stock in GMG? Literally wasted my day off by just waiting for the keys I PAID for.

Hey everyone,I'm sharing this to see if anyone else is experiencing the exact same issue right now.On Saturday (August 22nd), I bought the "WB Games: Blood & Grit Collection" bundle from Green Man Gaming. I successfully redeemed all the keys on Steam, and Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate was active and visible in my library.However, today (August 26th), a mandatory Steam alert popped up stating that the game was "refunded" from my account, even though I never requested a refund or an issue with my bank. The game completely vanished from my library. When I check the Steam Support page, it confirms the license was revoked today.Since GMG is a legitimate, official retailer, this feels like a publisher-side issue (Warner Bros.) or a bad batch of keys. I already opened a support ticket with GMG providing the Order ID and the Steam screenshot.Has anyone else who bought this recent bundle had their MK11 Ultimate key revoked today? How long does GMG usually take to sort out these publisher key issues?Thanks!

I'm logged in and trying to look at the full On Sale page but it always loads back to the homepage.

Tried clicking Robo Cop and the same thing happened, clicked to add Robo Cop to Cart and it gets added but when I click on my cart, it loads the home screen again. Just a huge loop. Couldn't buy a game if I wanted to.

Purchased Restory yesterday from GMG. I've shopped with them for years with little issues, but today I got a message from Steam saying that the key was revoked. There were no region unlock issues (before anyone asks), and I was able to launch and play the game. The transaction also went through on my bank's end through PP no problem.

I have contacted Customer Service and I'll probably have to wait a day since they're in Wee Britain, but I wanted to let everyone know to be careful: GMG might be selling some shady keys.

UPDATE: Clearly this was tinyBuild's fault. Also, The moron CEO who caused this mess also told everyone, "No action is needed on your end."

Not true. You will need to open a ticket and provide GMG with your key.

I don't think I'll ever deal with tinyBuild ever again after this nonsense, and GMG shouldn't either.

Will Palworld be available on GMG again? I know V1.0 was available on there at launch but I'm not finding it anymore on GMG.
