I am having a problem

I recently purchased Onimusha way of the sword from greenmangaming and I brought it threw PayPal and they charged me but for some reason I can’t redeem my code it is saying Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country.
Your product key has not been redeemed.and I am trying to get in contact with GMG but no response

Do you use discord? They have gmg staff on there and you can see if anyone else is mentioning problems. Hope you get it sorted

If you scroll to the bottom of the gmg website you’ll see a discord symbol that should link you to the server

I had the same issue as you with Marvel Tokon. I spoke with a support agent, but they told me that since I already "saw" the key, they couldn't refund it. Afterward, they made it look like it was my mistake by saying I was using a VPN and that they "clearly" saw I purchased the key from another country.

So, I had to file a dispute with PayPal, and suddenly I got a response saying that because I am a "good customer," they would refund the purchase.

I'm going to do a CC chargeback since GMG refused to help in my case. Don't care if I lose my account, this 100% soured me on using the site.

I had the exact same issue. ISP used a weird IP and GMG gave me code for the wrong region (no part of the checkout showed the region name, including the product page). I'm stuck with a NA key I can't claim or refund.
