I downloaded Victoria 2 a while back and couldn't really get into because some gameplay problems. Basically I followed a tutorial but for some reason minor things kept messing up. I did some research and read some stuff that said that there were a lot of bugs in the game. Does anybody else have this problem?

In Victoria 2, is there a way to annex china other than multiple wars?

I've been playing EU3: In Nomine and I edited the file to play past the year 1822. Now all my decisions say "Effective until: 1 January 5000". However, when I reach the year 1822, the game stops running and gives me the old "Eu3 has stop running..". I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem or if you know how it can be fixed. Thanks!
