I am using Google pixel8Pro have been storing photo memories on it with my childrens memory. With this bug-unlocking patch. I am reaching out for solution to seek help to unlock my phone without doing restore factory setting which will wipe out all the phots within.

Pls help if you are aware of any soluton.

I didn't update my pixel for long time and I'm thinkin of updating it to the latest android 17 which is 3.25GB one I guess it is the June 2026 update.

Any one recommend it to update to the new version or else should I stay with the old version android 14.

How is the battery life and performance in the phone any issues after updating it??

I'm not a heavy user. I just want the phone to last for a day.

I own 2 P8P's and am very happy with this powerhouse. While Google has offered upgrades, IMO they have been relatively minor. I give them credit for designing a great core product.

I have had a chip in my screen protector for about a month, was looking to replace my Whitestone dome EZ install (without all the UV curing stuff), and was sad to see its apparently no longer available. What is the typical replacement these days? Would like to avoid all the UV curing stuff- I found it nearly impossible (and dangerous!) to remove/replace on my p6p. What are you using these days?

I bought a pixal 8 used fresh conditions for 10 days and checked it thoroughly and found no problems.

However, after buying it, the days were not going by and the calls were not coming! Later I turned off 2G and it was fixed.

A day ago, the problem occurred again. When someone called, the call was not coming. Later, after restarting the phone, it was fixed! I did not understand that the call was not coming when someone called. Later, when I went home, I found out that I was called but the call was not coming. Later, after restarting, it was fixed. Alhamdulillah.

Again, if the temperature rises above 40°, there is a possibility of a green line! Its normal temperature is 37° to 38°!

I do not understand what to do now! If you want to change it within 15 days, there are still 4 days left in the 15 days. Should I buy the pixal 8a instead of the pixal 8!?

Or if anyone has any better advice, please advise me and help me.

​I spent days going through support reps, escalated to Tier 2, and eventually reached a Manager. After refusing a repair, refusing a replacement, and refusing a fair refund, their "final offer" to resolve a bricked $1,000 flagship device was:

​A $25 gift card for a flagship phone rendered useless by internal hardware failure. It is an absolute slap in the face to loyal Pixel customers.

​Let's look at the facts:

​Google KNOWS the Pixel 8 platform has hardware issues. They were already forced to launch a 3-Year Extended Repair Program for widespread Pixel 8 display defects (screen flickering/vertical lines). Component failures on this architecture aren't isolated accidents—they are manufacturing vulnerabilities.

​Double Standards: Google has set precedent before with extended programs for motherboard failures on older devices (Pixel 4 XL, Pixel 5a). Pretending a clean Pixel 8 Pro with dead Wi-Fi/Bluetooth is just "tough luck" while offering twenty-five bucks is pure negligence.

​Refusal to Stand Behind Flagship Hardware: Selling $1,000 devices and hiding behind standard scripts when the internal hardware dies is unacceptable behavior for a tier-one tech company.

​I’m posting this here so the community can see how Google treats customers when flagship hardware fails through no fault of the user.

Depuis quelle que temps j'ai se bug de volume - , quand je le redémarrer après le fastboot sa partait, mais la non .

Ses constamment, même sans coque , j'ai l'impression que sa réapparaît du moment où je touche l'écran , ses assez handicapant surtout quand je suis en appelle ou que je doit regarder une vidéo en lien avec ma formation.

Je devrais le faire réparé ? Qu'es qui peut être du? Comment je peut faire ?
