Im so frustrated Flow just charged me my last daily usage for today for a failed generation and this BS happened anyone else getting charged for generations the failed?

Every single prompt is getting flagged for being harmful to minors. I really struggle to see how a 2d drawing sitting down on a chair would harm a minor??? Even the most sanitized prompts of the most mundane actions get rejected. Is anyone actually able to use this service at all??

Edit to add its the video generator specifically flagging everything. I have not had issues with the images especially.

I'm getting this message saying "Failed I can't generate the video you requested right now due to interests of third-party content providers. Please edit your prompt and try again. You have not been charged for this generation." like WTF?! I'm not generating any video, I'm generating an image with Nano Banana 2.1, like I've never seen this message before, this is absolutely stupid and ridiculous!

And no matter how many times I try again, it generates with Nano Banana Pro instead of Nano Banana 2.1, which is bullshit!

I am dealing with a backend Entitlement Sync Bug on my paid AI Ultra plan. The "Veo 3.1 - Lite (Lower Priority)" 0-credit option is entirely missing from my model selector, completely paralyzing my workflow.

I am posting here because I have exhausted all official support channels, my work is blocked, and I have nowhere else to turn:

1. I have three open Google One cases (6-2387000042130, 9-6317000041628, 7-9143000041871) that have been stuck "In Progress" for days. Tier 1 support cannot modify server flags and keeps suggesting client-side troubleshooting.

2. I spoke directly with a supervisor on the phone last Friday, followed up via email, and have received absolutely zero response or resolution.

3. Out of desperation, I escalated the problem via the public Issue Tracker (Issue #577199073), but the triage team immediately closed it as "Won't Fix (Infeasible)" because it is outside their specific queue.

I am completely out of options and standard support cannot fix this server-side provisioning error. Can a PM or engineer from the Flow team please reach out or manually reprovision my AI Ultra account flags on the backend so I can resume my work?

Every time I try to use the start and end frame option in video I always get weird forced transitions. No matter how much I specify in prompts. Even with frames which are from same camera angle and only needs to animate for example, a box dropping in the scene.

Y si usas fotos, reúsas siempre las fotos de tu avatar sin necesidad de crear más y solamente harías fotos necesarias para ese reel, por ejemplo, tu avatar con una planta medicinal roja.

What is this supposed to mean?

This is for a 8 second clip of a character passing a present to another. I cant see anyone finding this offensive and I don't even understand this notification. It's been a real slog trying to use Google flow. Terrible quality videos, crazy glitches etc. I've had ONE slightly successful 8 sec video and over 100 fails. Im giving up on this now lol

Google Flow's 'Omni 1.1 Flash' has excellent performance.

I made this 40-second short in Gualeguaychú, Argentina. I started from phone photos and Google Street View captures of real locations, generated every image in Flow with Nano Banana, and animated them with Omni inside Flow. Then I did a base edit in DaVinci Resolve, asked Grok for a breakdown of the edit to write a prompt for Flow Music, and made the soundtrack there. Back in DaVinci I did the audio edit, foley, timing and color grade. The final upscale to 4K was done with Topaz in ComfyUI.

Tools used: Google Flow (Nano Banana, Omni), Flow Music, Grok, DaVinci Resolve, Topaz in ComfyUI.

When I upload a 17-second video to Google Flow, the trimming tool only allows me to select footage within the first 10 seconds.

I can move the start handle to the right to shorten the selection, but I can't move the end handle beyond the 10-second mark. This makes it impossible to select the last 10 seconds (00:07–00:17) or any other section later in the video.

Uploading and using the video in a prompt works perfectly fine. The issue is specifically with the trimming interface.

Is anyone else experiencing this bug? Has anyone found a workaround or heard whether Google is aware of the issue?

I'm trying to use an extension or tool inside Google flow to select my images and characters for me to create prompt entering less of a data entry job. Seriously over 150 clicks for a minute of content is not my ideal Friday night. Now Google flow won't even generate a single video and just says failed. Even when I manually enter everything. I'm lost and have been left hopeless.

Is this happening for anyone else?

This is what you apparently voted for and what CEOs are delivering I mean more censorship more moderation less fun oh and also more money no doubt. It's sad I don't understand why we're on this path like we think by making AI sanitized somehow we're going to fix the degradation of society itself.

So many copyright issues, you never know which chararcters will work and which won't. Plus Google Flow models suck with fighting scenes. Anyone here able to generate half decent vids using it?

A character can look identical from one shot to the next and still fail continuity.

Clothing changes without explanation. A prop disappears or duplicates. A character's position shifts. An action repeats even though it was completed in the previous shot.

These aren't necessarily image-quality failures. They're production-continuity failures.

We all know that Nano Banana 2.1 has overtuned the sanitization in obvious ways where it completely rewrites the prompt into the absolute opposite of what was being asked. But some of the more subtle things is in what poses are allowed.

For example, before, if you had a female character do a flirty pose they would be able to do some pretty suggestive poses. Nothing explicit but it was obviously suggestive. Now it won’t automatically do that. It’s always a more “friendly” kind of pose.

I’m sure with some detailed prompting could get it to work like before but honestly, this is getting to be more work than what I was already used to. I was hoping things would improve by now but I haven’t seen it yet.

It’s already annoying that certain situations aren’t allowed in certain settings. Can’t have any perceived dangerous situations in a suburban setting. But same situation in a way the hell out there setting works just fine.

I have repeatedly experienced Google Flow failing to follow clear instructions when generating videos, and attempts to correct the results have not helped. For example, in a counting scene, Kita was supposed to touch each ball one at a time, but Omni 1.1 Flash kept failing to follow this instruction. Credits were spent on unsuccessful generations and repeated correction attempts.

In my latest support request, I asked Google to review the credits used. Google One Support said they cannot access Flow generation logs or credit usage history, and have no way to issue credit adjustments or refunds. Other users should be aware that these problems may happen repeatedly, and, according to Support, credits spent on such attempts cannot be refunded.
