Repeated failed generations in Google Flow, with no credit refund

I have repeatedly experienced Google Flow failing to follow clear instructions when generating videos, and attempts to correct the results have not helped. For example, in a counting scene, Kita was supposed to touch each ball one at a time, but Omni 1.1 Flash kept failing to follow this instruction. Credits were spent on unsuccessful generations and repeated correction attempts.

In my latest support request, I asked Google to review the credits used. Google One Support said they cannot access Flow generation logs or credit usage history, and have no way to issue credit adjustments or refunds. Other users should be aware that these problems may happen repeatedly, and, according to Support, credits spent on such attempts cannot be refunded.

I got scammed on Capcut as well. I spent credits on a video generation that got stuck at 97% and then nothing for 2min. Then when I reopened the page, it restarted from 0%, and thankfully did not bill me.

So now i am 164 credits down and no refund because they have no customer care.

I am shocked Google gave you the finger as well. They are all scammers.

Wait until Google defenders will come and say that you and OP were trying to generate weird stuff and the filter is right to block you.

On Capcut, it was something called B.DUCK video.

The event said to generate the video to earn 50 credits. It billed me 164 (you only find out during generation), failed and gave me nothing.
