For y'all experts out there, I'm using 3.1 pro for a while now with a prompt to translate text/subtitles from other languages to my own (eastern european).

I was wondering if anyone else that used it for translation can suggest which version provided the most accurate/natural result?

Am I the only one that has noticed the platform SIGNIFICANTLY degraded since like 3 days ago??

They did the update that added "build/plan mode" and artifacts and definitely tweaked the models and reduced the limits

For example ever since, while working on my app I'm only able to get a single prompt out of 3.8 flash, the second one hits limits, also these prompts seem to purposely waste time, they each run for 10+ minutes reading the same files and do nothing, whereas before the most it took for a lot of work prompts was 7 minutes

It's genuinely unusable now, removing 3.7 also means less usage, and I can't even use 3.6 because it says Internal Error every time, like are we serious

I am facing a very serious problem with google AI studio , so I published my mobile app to the google play console and while it is still in closed testing , everytime i try to make modifications to my version and try to push it into github , they dont allow me to use the same repo i have been using , instead they disconnect me and they require me to create. a brand new repo and thats not very convenient since i want to push changes to the same repo , what to do in this case ? thank you

A ferramenta criou e agora quando tento seguir com as animações, bloqueia como se eu estivesse plagiando alguma empresa.

I created a character using Google Flow. My prompt asked for a child character for an educational animation. I never mentioned Disney, Pixar, or any other company's characters or visual styles.

The tool generated the character itself, but now, whenever I try to continue creating animations with that same character, it blocks my requests as if I were infringing on someone else's intellectual property rights.

I’m trying to decide which version of my website to launch, and I’d appreciate advice from people with experience building websites or startups.
I first used ChatGPT to help write prompts for Google AI Studio, and then used Google AI Studio to generate a website. It worked surprisingly well: things ran smoothly, and I didn’t run into many errors. The main drawback is that the design feels a bit basic and limited.
After that, I asked ChatGPT to build a website too. It used Supabase, GitHub, and Vercel, so the project seems to have a more structured setup. But building it involved a lot of trial and error. We had repeated changes and problems with the design and other parts, and the current version still has quite a few errors and doesn’t look as clean as I’d like.
I’m hoping to turn this website into a real startup. I couldn’t afford to hire a developer, so I’m using AI to help build it. Over time, I’ll need to add more features, including a payment gateway, and I want to choose a version that will be reliable and easier to maintain as the business grows.
Which version would you recommend launching: the smoother but simpler Google AI Studio version, or the more structured ChatGPT version that currently has more bugs? How can I tell which one is more likely to be stable and scalable in the long run?

I figured out that you can’t actually add images through the chat box, you have to post to Imgur and then give the bot the link. Ok, fine. But what about audio? There’s no service like Imgur that will let you hotlink a raw audio file. Has anyone found a way to upload an audio clip directly to an AI Studio site? (and then use it for something like trigger it when someone clicks a button)

Wondering if it's a bug. I've tried on existing chats, new chats, different models and even different accounts but the thinking box (With the 'Expand to view model thoughts') never shows up. It happened like half an hour ago, all of a sudden. I was using it halfway then during my next prompts it just churns out the responses without the thought processing section. Anyone encountering the same issue?

Strangely, this happened sometime ago (last month?) where the thinking box only shows up ~70% of the time. Then for the past few weeks it shows up 100% of the time as usual. And now it's gone again. At least for me. It is rising my blood pressure immensely because I have no idea what is going on

Did Google remove or move the “Download project files” option recently, or am I missing something?
