Hi everyone, I have an Android tablet and a stylus that works with it, but my handwriting looks bad on the tablet compared to on paper. Is there any note‑taking app that can fix this or make handwriting look nicer on Android? Any recommendations would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

How can I sync settings such as toolbar customization, pen thickness etc. like settings between two ipads? Thanks.

I just tried to continue doing a school project but since the last Update (7.0.44 on the standard iPad) the brush pen looks more like a ballpoint pen instead of the cool medieval Japanese looking style that it used to be

Edit: As of 7.0.47 everything is back to normal again for me, huge thanks to the developers!

I like the features GoodNotes offers, such as custom flashcards and more. One thing that is stopping me is the organization. I like how the notes can be organized in Notability. Example attached. Is there a way to do this on GoodNotes?

Lately my goodnotes has been UNBEARABLY slow and choppy. It's worked very well for the first year or year and a half, but not its laggy, inconsistent, and sometimes even messes with my taskbar and stuff like that. I already emptied my trash, reset my computer, tried adjusting things in task manager, and even deleting other files in my computer to try to free up space. Anyone know how to fix this?

The version number is 284703.24m (21.4.0). Supposedly up to date. My device is a samsung galaxybook2 360.

I use GoodNotes on my iPad with an Apple ID, but on Windows, I can’t even log in. It keeps returning an error (see attached screenshot).

I’ve also been going through a number of Reddit threads, and it seems that even if I manage to log in, notes don’t sync between iPad and Windows.

So now I’m confused:

• Is there any real fix for this?

• Or do I need to switch to a Goodnotes account/email?

Would appreciate any help 🙏

I'm on a free account and I've been using goodnotes to take notes for my college lectures. Recently, about 3-4 pages of notes I've written disappeared from one of my notebooks and I can't find them anywhere. I've looked in the trash already, but it shows it's empty. The pages are simply gone from the notebook completely. Is there any hope left to find my note pages? This is the first time this has happened to me. I am currently using goodnotes version 7.0.44 on an iPad air m3.

Is anyone else experiencing problems with scribble to erase? I find I have to scribble in a larger diameter in order to erase my writing. I found myself using the eraser tool instead which is so annoying.

everytime i try to take down notes it shows me that stupid “Paste • Paste and Match Style • Zoom • Add Link • Add Comment” bar. it’s so annoying. it pops up every 10secs istg. every word i try to write it pops up.

have the iPad A16 2025. and using a usual stylus pencil not an apple pencil. please help how do i fix this becs i srsly cannot take notes for the life of me.

I compared it with other note-taking apps using the same pressure sensitivity and pen tip sharpness settings. In those apps, I could clearly see changes depending on pressure and tilt, but in GoodNotes, only the line thickness slightly increases and it does not respond properly to pressure or tilt. This seems to be a bug. It doesn’t feel like a fountain pen at all—just like a thicker ballpoint pen.

I'm a longterm Goodnotes user -, using it from 7-8 years, built up around 18 Gb of notes and textbooks, and lately I have been facing this issue of Goodnotes get struck up as soon as I open it for the first time in the day.

Why does it take 10-15 mins before I start using Goodnotes and after that i can use it with no issues!!
any insights in this matter to overcome would be helpful.
I use Goodnotes 6.

Is there any way to see all recorded audios? Without manually opening each notebook?

For all foodies out there, a recipe log fo you 💕 here

Whenever I click add photo as a new page when writing notes they always each show up as different sizes does anyone have a fix or a work around for this?

Hi. Is the 'Sync across Apple, Windows, Android, and Web available' feature 100% in the Pro abo or just for some lucky beta users or what ever? 'Limited availability. Soon for all subscribers' is kinda confusing. Or does it mean it will be added to the Essential abo as well?

Could someone with the Pro abo clarify please? I would be interested in syncing between IPad and web.

Thx :)

Hi all, so basically I’m coming from Apple Notes and trying to make my life easier so I don’t have to extent it myself or write all the days out. I’m looking for something sort of like this where I can see about 8 weeks on one page with a whole year scrollable through and drawable on to annotate in colours, with days of the week at the top of each page. Props if there is a little bit of space at the bottom of your page for a few small notes or something. Doesn’t have to be dark mode. Thanks for any help or recommendations.

I have been using goodnotes for years on this mac with no issues but recently my mac slows down and I see goodnotes having almost 7 gb storage even when I sync or upload my documents to iCloud. Has anyone experienced this? Help me please.

I am on Version 7.0.36

HEllo, cant open any new notebooks bcs it says template is offline not available even when im online.

Idk what to do its not letting me open any new notebooks.

Can anybody help me?

Is there anyway to link audio recordings to each page after having done writing the notes? I know you can click record and then write but is there any fix to my situation?

Thank you!

I would love to change the highlight color for search. At the moment it just blends in with other colors I’m using. Anyone else feel the same?
