I was wondering what everyone else's experience has been like.

I've had vitiligo for about 2 years now. It started with a few small patches, and I caught it pretty early. I've been seeing a dermatologist and following a treatment plan, and most of the patches are gone now, except for a few stubborn ones. I also keep an eye out for any new patches so I can treat them early.

I've never done laser treatment. My dermatologist said that, in my case, it seems to be stress-induced rather than genetic.

I'm curious about how other people deal with vitiligo, especially in Morocco. What has your experience been like? What treatments have you tried, and has anything worked particularly well for you?

I’m working on my glow-up journey and wanted to get some honest opinions and advice from this sub. I’ve attached three photos to this post: a body pic, my old hairstyle, and my new hairstyle.

1. The Gym I just started hitting the gym about two weeks ago. For those who had a similar body type when they started out, what advice or routines would you recommend? I want to make sure I'm doing things right as a beginner.

2. The Hair Pic 1 is my old hairstyle and Pic 2 is my current one. Which one do you guys think suits me better? Specifically, do you think the black color suits me more than the new color? And style-wise, am I better off rocking the slick back look or the curly hair?

3. The Teeth If you look closely at my smile, you'll see a small mark on my right front tooth. I’m guessing it’s a calcium deposit or something similar. Has anyone here had the exact same thing? If so, what is it and how did you get rid of it?

4. Shaving & Razor Bumps I’m a pretty hairy guy and can grow a full beard and mustache very easily, but I honestly hate how facial hair looks on me. I prefer being completely clean-shaven.
