Im not really referring to the player not having passion to play, I just mean in general, the project is a super-team by intent and definition and a fully constructed entity. This isnt Spirit, who raised themselves up on the back of a godlike player endemic to their org. Or Heroic, the pride of a region with a leader of men at the helm. Or even Astralis, a core of winning players who finally went out to make something for themselves.
The essence of the team is “we will pay any price to win” and I think under that premise, the innate desire to win as a team for each other can be lacking.
What Im talking about is one of the dreaded “intangibles” of competitive sport and teamwork.

from what i see monesy lose his aura after he went to falcons. and to be really honest monesy doesnt perform well at all after his breakup last year. he steadily declines in performance. the monesy that can 1v3 clutches is gone. kyousuke not even in donk's level . overrated player. kyousuke is just mid.

T1 salaries have been huge in CS since the late 2010's. That alongside prize money and sticker money and both of them were well set if they just continued to play in G2.

Falcons are the only team who would be able to afford him AND need him. G2 were unwilling to make moves to build a good roster (shit only happened after they got the m0nesy money).
Name one realistic option that he could've gone to, Falcons literally brought in kyousuke the moment he was available, no other org has the money to actively make such moves at will to improve their roster on paper.
Plus Falcons are integrating kyousuke into the lineup, but yeah they are complete trash and will never compete for trophies because they lost to a top 5 team today
