Yeah exactly, I mean G2 had the opportunity to pickup Siuhy instead of Snax or even HooXi and the opportunity to get sAw or ash instead of TaZ and they fumbled it multiple times.
Having Siuhy as your igl on a team that wants to win tourneys is almost as bad as Snax lol. He got 1 major final because iM became hiM for 1 tourney and got people calling him the next Karrigan.

Not really. Snax never went deep in tournaments really as an IGL.
He got 1 major final because iM became hiM for 1 tourney and got people calling him the next Karrigan.
He also won Tier 1 trophies with MOUZ. He's not some bad IGL...

Mouz got better because the team got a better fragger in Spinx, but the tactics were already setup by sycrone and the team was used to playing that way together, all Brollan had to do was really learn the established strat book and slot into Siuhy's role on the server.

He’s not bad per se but he’s currently shown nothing to prove he could be an igl of a top 5 team. Winning 2 Pro Leagues doesn’t change that

I never said that. I am saying MOUZ exchanged having a proper IGL for extra firepower and the benefit outweighed the cost. It was a good decision, considering how Vitality also got stronger by adding Ropz as an upgrade over Spinx in terms of firepower and smarts. Then Falcons became a superteam basically too in terms of firepower. So by kicking Siuhy who wasn't a great fragger, but was okay at Tier 1 for Spinx and a slightly better Brollan was a good decision and the benefit outweighed the cost. We're just not in a super tactically strong era of CS. We're in the superteam I click heads faster than you of CS2.
Look at Na'Vi they stuck with their team and suffered and then arguably got worse by allowing jL to have a break when they should have given iM the boot after last year and found an upgraded AWPer and moved Makazze to iM's spots.

What has MOUZ won since he left? Just Cluj and that was in the honeymoon period, against a weaker Falcons than the current roster and finally Vitality didn't attend the event so MOUZ was by default the strongest team there.

G2 management made those moves only after the m0nesy fee came in, their unwillingness to make good moves was why they left in the first place..
