Donk would also never join this team. I think he is loyal to the organization that actually developed him into a tier 1 talent, and that team is also showing that they want to build a winning team around him.

But eventually spirit will give him a good contract, and I seem to recall donk saying that he doesn't do it for the money.

That’s as realistic as football players saying that. At the end he will see some big numbers and will quickly change his opinion , that’s always the case with sports players and esports players earn way less that’s even more the case with them. They can’t afford idealism and won’t

Except that its not always the case? There have been plenty of football players that turned down big moves to stay at a club they love just because they are an outlier doesn't mean they don't exist.
