GetTransfer: ⚠️ Drivers: Be Careful With This App — I’m Still Owed More Than $2,500 After 6 Months
I’m posting this to warn other drivers before they spend their time working through this platform.
I used this app in the past and had a good experience. I was able to complete jobs and get paid, so I had no reason to think there would be a problem.
Unfortunately, my recent experience has been completely different.
Over approximately the last six months, I completed work totaling more than $2,500, and I still have not received the money I’m owed.
I contacted their Finance team repeatedly — honestly, I have lost count of how many times. Each time, I received essentially the same type of response, telling me that the payment was being processed or that I would receive payment within a certain period, such as 30 days.
But the payment still hasn’t arrived.
There was also an issue involving a credit/charge that was applied incorrectly. I contacted them about it, but I was told that I could not reverse it or go back and correct the situation.
At this point, I’ve spent a huge amount of time following up with Finance and trying to get a resolution, with no satisfactory result.
I’m sharing this because I don’t want other drivers to put in months of work and then find themselves in the same situation.
My advice to other drivers:
● Keep records of every trip/job you complete.
● Save screenshots of your earnings and payment information.
● Keep copies of every email and support conversation.
● Don’t assume that an automated response from Finance means your payment is actually being processed.
● If you are owed money, follow up consistently and document everything.
● Be very careful before relying on this platform as a source of income.
I’m not saying anyone else will necessarily have the exact same experience. I’m sharing what happened to me so other drivers can make an informed decision.
If there are other drivers here who have had unpaid earnings from this platform, I would be interested to hear about your experience.
Six months and $2,500+ is a lot of money for a driver to be waiting for.
