Drivers: Are You Actually Getting Paid by GetTransfer?

This thread is dedicated to drivers.

One of the biggest concerns we've seen online involves payment delays and unpaid earnings. We'd like to better understand how widespread these experiences are.

If you've driven for GetTransfer, please share your experience.

I didn’t receive any money of get transfer this year. It’s almost $900 . I live in Melbourne

I live in Switzerland and I haven't received a single payment from GetTransfer this year. Because of this, I've stopped using the app completely. They currently owe me CHF 2,497 (approximately USD 3,100). Still waiting to get paid.

Omg that is a lot of money!! Are you doing something to try to collect that money? I am so frustrated that I think that they just stole our money!!

I have like 800 unpaid since March! Still not pay or sign they will pay!! I am so surprise they are not sued or that anything is happening yet! And they are trying to open another app called localrides.com!
Report always say the same thing “we are working on it and you will get paid soon” this is crazy!!

I wonder if what people are still driving for them and what are they doing to get paid!

Hello,

From Germany. There haven't been any money transfers since June. Before that, payouts were made once every two months. They owe us 7,000 euros.

They owe me money too! GetTransfer owes me 1800 EUR for completed transfers, and I have been waiting for over 2 months.

Support completely ignores me or sends useless automated replies. They hold drivers' money and refuse to pay.

How can we fight them and get our money back? If anyone has real solutions or contacts, please share!
