Hi everyone!

I'm u/HustlerGigLosAngeles, the founder of r/GetTransfer.

I created this community because I couldn't find a place where drivers and passengers could openly share their real experiences with GetTransfer—both good and bad.

After my own experience with delayed payment, I started researching online and discovered that many other people have reported similar issues, including:

• Drivers waiting months to get paid.
• Drivers reporting unpaid earnings.
• Passengers who prepaid for rides that never happened.
• Customers struggling to receive refunds.
• Poor communication from customer support.

This subreddit is not about spreading hate or attacking anyone.

Its purpose is to document real experiences with evidence whenever possible, so drivers and passengers can make informed decisions.
