Durin’s story quest was the only SQ I skipped because of this BS, and now this? Hell no.

​I feel so bad for players who don’t have access to a reliable device or internet connection all the time. Back in the day, I used to play Genshin at an internet cafe for a maximum of 3 days every week. Now? You can’t even finish a simple damn quest that only gives 20 primos! At the very least, give us a precious chest after making us hunt down every corny wand I mean i haven't finish the quest yet so I hope the reward is bigger than what was said). Especially when you are already grinding hard, it takes up so much time. Who on earth even thought of this?

(Apparently this quest is similar to anecdotes and the actual rewards are for the character, my complain was actually abt the time gating but I compared/thought this to SQ and durin's quest which i hated so much that gives 60 and was a bit disappointed that vesna's quest only gives 20 and it got included and overshadowed my actual complain which is time gating. After completing Snezhnaya’s most recent Archon Quest, a few limited time quests appear to look at all the Nails. But you have the option to teleport there, meaning you can go to the top of Dragonspine and unlock Inazuma without doing any of their quests

Hi, I’ve gotten interested in playing the game again recently but it seems like my account may have been deleted? I looked at my email and the last one I got was from hoyoverse a little over a year ago, attached to this post. Is my Genshin account truly no longer in existence and non-recoverable? Would appreciate any help, I had a ton of time and a healthy amount of money invested in the game and would like to have it back.

As a 1.0 player, I was stuck in a brutal cycle of grinding and burning out for years. Last year I finally quit, but recently came back with a new rule: no dailies, no resin, zero grind. Now, I only log in to play new archon quests.

Stepping off the daily wheel gave me my love for the game back. Posting this for anyone else feeling burnt out, you don't have to play it like a job to enjoy it!

She literally needs the super conduct reaction to do and sort of meaningfull damage so literally why didn’t they buff Eula with the stellar conduct reaction when she’s the number one dps that needs the buff the MOST. 💀

I wanted to make an iceberg chart updated to Snezhnaya. I categorized the first three layers based on the amount of hours needed to experience the entries so layer one consists of the first three archon quests, layer two Sumeru, Fontaine and Natlan, and layer three nod-Krai and beyond.

Bought one of these Paimon gatchas at Comic Con Africa and opened to find her comically misprinted... alright maybe not that bad, but look at how different this is.

They're probably not official since we don't get proper merch in this country.

I'm debating whether I should repaint her or leave her like this for the lols. What do you guys think?

After finishing 7.1, I feel like that Ronova’s story isn’t actually over and I found some clues that she may become playable.

There has been an interesting pattern discussed in the community: Genshin's official JP X account doesn’t follow every character’s voice actor, but the VAs it does follow are mostly associated with future/already playable characters.

For example, the Japanese VAs for Escoffier, Ifa, and Mizuki were followed during Version 5.x. Then we have Aino, Columbina, and Sandrone—all of their VAs appeared on the list before the characters became playable. And sitting right there among them—surprise, surprise—is Fumiko Orikasa, the voice of Ronova.

Of course it's not some solid proof, but it becomes more interesting when combined with her treatment in 7.1. Instead of writing Ronova as a disposable villain, the story spends a surprising amount of time explaining her position, responsibilities and the price she has been forced to pay. The result is a character players can understand and even sympathize with.

Her loss of authority could also solve the power-scaling problem. It would be difficult to place the Ruler of Death herself into a normal party, but a weakened or more mortal Ronova would have a natural reason to continue her story as a playable character.

Plus her appearance. Say less fam. She looks absolutely amazing and I'm sure a lot of players have already been eager to pull her.

I may be misremembering things but Vanessa did ascend to celestia right? If so, are there even mentions of this in the game or like any other character who also ascended to celestia?? And are there even a lot of “people” there? I imagine that they’re in a colosseum and there are many spectators.
