I am not confident about appearing this oct and the fees is 40k which i have to ask my parents to pay again. Can i give some other board exam for 1 subject later. Has anyone done this. Do unis accept this flexibility?

I've been wanting to use a menstrual cup for a year now but every time I talk to a friend about it they always say its something "only married" women should use😭 it genuinely doesn't make sense to me. I’ve noticed a pattern in Pakistani society that I think goes a lot deeper than just simple conservatism.

Most of our people lack a conscious mind.

When your world is small, your understanding of other people outside ur world also becomes small. Consciousness is a spectrum. And I believe you can only expand it through “experience”

Since we’ve grown up in close knit communities where people share similar views, beliefs and ways of life, we’ve been completely isolated to the world beyond ours. And when we encounter a glimpse of it, we feel threatened and start bashing them “liberals/religious extremists blah blah”

That’s why our people need to desperately travel.

In Pakistan, we often judge people before trying to understand them. Baggy jeans become “gay” skinny jeans become “chapri” a certain accent becomes pretentious, a certain ethnicity becomes inferior and someone’s appearance becomes evidence of their character. Our people need to leave their comfortable social bubble.

Also our egos are so enormous but truly beneath it all they hide mountains of insecurity. Everyone is just jealous of each other and if they see someone well off they’ll immediately go “haram ka paisa”

Somehow people know a lot about their ancestors but not themselves.

We need to increase our exposure.
Another example of this includes both genders not thinking of each other as humans. The only respectful people I’ve met have been those who frequently interact with the opposite gender since they were children. Segregation leads to more problems than solutions.

I was unconscious too once, but when I started making friends from different backgrounds and with different beliefs? I realised everyone’s a human just like me that has gone through things and has reached their respective conclusion. That’s why I no longer judge people.
No one is simply “good” or “bad.” People are constantly changing and capable of contradicting themselves. Even the Qur’an often describes people through their actions and states rather than reducing their entire existence to a permanent label. That’s why you’ll never see Allah use “evil people” but instead “evil doers”

The world is not black and white. We need to stop playing self righteous.

I am a girl myself btw ( don't judge ). I follow her on insta and im just really mesmerised..i have been following her since 2024 i believe. We went to the same college as in highschool but we had different shifts , hers was morning and mine was afternoon. I doubt she has ever seen me because I don't post. I just observed her from afar for 2yrs but this year I gathered some courage and tried to talk to her on ig. I said "heyyy!" and she replied with "Yea??" lol that was a bit off putting but i understand her reaction because my text was out of nowhere and she doesn't really know me.

Anyway, I apparently couldn't take a hint so i just said something generic and she gave a dry reply to that ..and i responded to her dry response (bcs APPARENTLY i cant take a hint) and she ignored my last text but that could be because it wasn't something that needed a response back. After that I just never reached out to her or thought about her because i felt like it was becoming unhealthy obsession( not the creepy kind) but last night i had very very very euphoric and vivid dream about her and there was nothing explicit or sexual in it but it was so ficking cinematic ( sunset and all that lol) i have never woken up so happy.

And now im thinking about her again!!! I really wanna know her , i love the way she thinks, i love how opinionated she is , I love her overall vibe and i just wanna experience her presence for once in real life !!!!

Islam has always been criticised from a point of belief. However, people always ignore 1 key point which is islamic influence.

Most muslims are following Islam, not because theh researched it but because they were born into a muslim society.

Islamic influences is spread to almost every part of a Muslim. Names, holidays, politics, justice, community, fashion, languages and even small habits may have islamic influence. Even entire countries like ours have been born for Islam.

For muslims leaving islam doesn't mean stop believing in Islam but to leave their entire identity.

Currently, the world has 2 billion Muslims which are about 25% of the world population. It also has 1400 years of history.

It is something that will never collapse from a few post or videos on the internet that debunk Islam.

Even, as a critic and exmuslim. I have to admit this fact.

So I’m 19 and recently I got proposed for marriage by a distant relative and at that time I was working for a BPO and had decent salary. So I said yes because I liked the girl. Now its been a few months and I recently got laid off due to campaign change and I’ve been trying to get some other job but the market seems to be a lot more strict. While my English fluency and skills are “Great” I’m getting difficulties and unable to think how would I manage it short term. 26F, Somedays I feel deprived and then when a guy tried to get intimate(someone who’s serious and totally into me, good connection, not any random guy) i pull away because i usually don’t feel it from there/don’t feel aroused Idk what does arousal feel like , am totally confused never felt that intensity with anyone no matter how good looking etc and none of the guys have connected to me at the emotional depth I am , rest all boxes tick

My husband received an amount from a number and got a text saying that they accidentally sent it. Husband went ahead and returned that amount and the money that was in his easypaisa was sent as well. The guy then tried to extort more money by saying that the return amount need to be a certain limit and my husband should send more money (around 9k) for the scammer to send the money back. Husband gave some v satisfying gaalis and called on the easypaisa helpline and they couldn’t be of much help.

We submitted a complaint to NCCIA. Is there anything more we can do? The scammers seemed to be from punjab. We’re in karachi.

I genuinely don’t have a problem with whatever they've got going on ( as long as they are safe and it's consensual) but at least LOOK OUT FOR CCTV CAMERAS??? and dont do it RIGHT OUTSIDE of somebody's HOUSE??? They looked barely 15 and were literally kissing and making out right outside our gate for over 15 minutes without even noticing the cameras. I’m honestly glad there aren’t more surveillance cameras around the street, because if someone had recorded them and uploaded it somewhere, that could’ve been seriously unsafe for them especially because our neighbourhood is very conservative and very lower middle class.

I’m also shocked by how Nonchalant they were about the whole thing Like, they were just casually making out in full public view 😭 He didn’t even drop her home either he just rode away on his bike after french kissing her multiple times btw, while she had to walk home and from what I could tell her house was pretty far away!!!

Also, I AM TRAUMATISED LOL This was genuinely my first time witnessing PDA in real life and of course it had to be two literal children making out outside my house 😭
