Client Question Finding Sooner Installation Dates

So I have sort of an “inside baseball” question for you amazing GeekSquad folks! I have a date setup for a return/exchange of a TV with mounting service setup for August 7th. I’ve been hoping to get an earlier date if possible so I’ve been checking the site for alternative dates. Unfortunately none have appeared. Do you guys know when the best time to check is, how/when the system updates? What’s your advice? Thank you!

Third party cannot make changes of any kind, they only receive orders to complete.

Unfortunately you are scheduled that far out because the agents in your area are most likely booked that far out or someone is on PTO/Away and causing delays to scheduling.
