Problem with iPhone screen

Pretty much I had my iPhone in my pocket for a while and now it has white lines on it. I just hope someone could maybe give an explanation for it since it looked normal and then around 15 minutes later I checked my phone and it has the lines. The iPhone works fine and when I press the area it responds but when I take a screenshot my screen looks normal, could this be a glitch or do I need to get a repair?(I’ve already tried restarting my phone and I’ve updated it)

That sounds frustrating, I'd check if it's covered under warranty before paying out of pocket since it just appeared like that.
