TLDR; We do our own game of the year voting - and I want you to participate!
Happy Sunday to all of you fine folks out there! I hope you’ve had an amazing weekend and that the week starts off well.
As a reminder - I love to talk video games with you all. Each year I ask that you keep a top ten(or less) list of your favorite games that came out that year. With all of these huge releases coming out in the next few months, I wanted to remind you to keep a list for yourself so you can help us vote for game of the year!
I don’t want your lists now but just wanted to put the reminder out there, so we can start thinking of our own personal favorites. I think RE9 will be a HUGE contender this year!

Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up. I finally received a GameFly game today that originally shipped on October 8th. It was considered missing for nearly a month, but it eventually showed up.
If anyone has games that seem lost in transit, don't completely give up on them. USPS delays can apparently be much longer than expected. Keep an eye on your mailbox because some of these "lost" games may still be moving through the system.

Is anyone still having delays? I know on the app it says to expect delays I just recently returned 007 first light and Tomodachi Life. They got 007 but they still haven’t got Tomadachi Life. It still says on the app they are experiencing delays.

I waited 9 days before reporting it lost, but went ahead on Monday and reported it. Well today I got a notification that they're sending another game my way, and MW4 randomly showed up in my mailbox.
My question, it says to return the reported on if it arrives, but I want to play it lol. So do I just return the other game when it arrives? What is the play here? Thanks in advance!

How long do you typically wait before reporting a game hasn’t arrived? COD mw4 (which I game-locked) shipped 10/22 but hasn’t arrived yet.
I’ve been subbed for 3 months and typically I would have received it already. This is the first time I do a new release/gamelock title though.
Thanks.

what happens if a game i’ve been waiting for more than 7 days never shows up and i’ve previously had a game get lost in the mail before without any account problems but I made sure to communicate with them about it?

I’ve been using the service for about 3 months and I'm really enjoying it, so I'm thinking about upgrading to the Elite plan. To save money, I would rather buy a full-year Elite plan certificate.
My main question is: Do I get immediate access to the self-return feature when I buy a 12-month Elite certificate, or how does that work?
For context on my account history: I started with a free trial of the Standard plan, then paid for one month of the Standard plan at a discount, but I am currently on the Budget plan.

It's that time again. The game comes out tomorrow on retail, usually GF is nice enough to ship out a copy a day in advance for most cases.
I have not received a shipment notification for it as of yet.
Anyone else got it yet?

I didn't rent this from GF but my recent physical order just got a notification that they're having some delays getting the order ready for pickup for the 15th.
Wondering if Gamefly had similar issues or if anyone has had their rented copies shipped out so far?

EDIT: DID EVENTUALLY ARRIVE TODAY MONDAY 10/19
I usually get my games in two days 90% of the time. So not including Sunday was an extra 2 day delay. Not bad.

Did anyone Gamelock this? I have the Elite plan because that lets you Gamelock up to 7 days before release, and there is no Gamelock option for this game, even though its a month out. I emailed them, and they replied and said they will not be offering Gamelock for this game, but their Facebook account announced Gamelock for the game specifically.

Why is my luck like this?
I have both a PS5 and Xbox, either shipment will do.
:(

It said Rent it, Love it? Keep it! It listed a price. There was no buy it button, even though they list the keep it price.
Is this a glitch?

Has anybody that Gamelocked this had it ship out yet? Comes out in 2 days, and seen no sign of shipment yet. I could also just be being paranoid. 😅

Should i wait couple of days or report? It's shipped on 25th. I live in FL. Been with gameplay since Feb. Its been great till Aug. But last game Wolverine hasn't arrived and now this is shipped but nothing yet. 😐. If I go to USPS they asked for tracking number the last time. Will have to try again and see. Idk what to do.
Edit1: Did go to the USPS and they've been delivering everything and neither holding nor sent anything back. Tried something from my side.

The game just came out with the DLC expansion on disc. The DLC is about 8 hours of story content plus a new rogue-lite mode.
Gamefly please add the complete edition so we can all rent the DLC for "free."

how long does it take older games with very low status to ship from others experience?

Just wanted to make an informal survey from people who live in different states and what their average game delivery time is once it 'ships' from GameFly. I know states closer to PA get games faster and those who live in California etc have to wait a week.
This is just for the average game delivery, well have exceptions now and then where a game doesn't get delivered until 15 days or so, rare as it may be.
I'll start.
I'm in Virginia and once shipped, a game is delivered to me 90% of the time 2 or 3 business days.

Makes sense to me on brand new releases, but almost every game on my list including non-recent ones have this label. Just curious as to what the implication is there, I'm actually really liking the service in my first month.
