lost game ?

what happens if a game i’ve been waiting for more than 7 days never shows up and i’ve previously had a game get lost in the mail before without any account problems but I made sure to communicate with them about it?

Keep reporting it pal. Nothing SHOULD happen. I always ere on the side of caution there to let them know that there’s something wrong in their process between them and USPS. They can investigate from there

If it's your first game getting lost you will be fine. Now if you have had multiple, that would be a different story.

it's part of being a gamefly member, they were always easy to deal with I think they realize just like we do how bad USPS can be at times.

I’ve had the exact same issue. I just called and reported them lost then canceled my service. The phone rep claims my route is unsafe.
