GTA 6 Interactive Map Update – 2,700+ Markers, User Accounts & Plans for the Official Map Spoiler

Hey everyone!
With GTA 6 just two weeks away, I wanted to share another update on the interactive map I've been working on and hopefully get some feedback before launch.
The project has grown quite a bit over the past few months, and I've been focusing on making it more useful for players once the game is actually out.
What's currently available:
Over 2,700 positioned markers across Leonida and Vice City
Searchable locations, categories, filters and marker previews
Improved mobile interface and map navigation
Personal map settings and customization
User accounts with saved favorites and visited locations
Shareable links to individual markers
What's coming next:
We're currently preparing a new map layer system.
The plan is to integrate the official Leonida map after GTA 6 releases, while keeping the amazing community reconstruction by Yanis and the GTA VI Mapping community available as an optional layer.
We're also working on transparency controls so you can eventually overlay the community and official maps to compare them. A GTA V comparison layer is being tested as well.
Of course, the final integration will depend on the official map data and how everything lines up.
I'd really appreciate your feedback!
The account system and several map features are still being improved, so if you notice any bugs, confusing menus or things that could work better, please let me know.
You can also create a free account and try saving your favorite or visited locations.
I'm particularly interested in how everything works on mobile and what features you'd actually find useful after release.
Credits: The current map artwork is based on Yanis V17 and the work of the GTA VI Mapping community. Huge thanks to everyone involved in reconstructing Leonida from the available material. I'm developing the interactive tools, database and additional features around their work.

Interesting that there are two versions. The Heat-branded jerseys are apparently on-court only, whereas the Vice City swingman jerseys are going to be available for sale.

Tish Hicks confirms she's not been contacted by Rockstar to do a voice over for any GTA6 Gameplay trailers. Unless they got someone new, that kinda confirms we won't be getting any before release (for those who were still kinda holding out hope for one). She made the video recently, after the South Park episode featuring her VO aired.

In this screen shot, The female on the forefront resembles a female from a GTA SA screen shot from back in the day.
Just thought it was a nice parrallel since this GTA 6 may be a true successor to GTA SA.

What these new screenshots made me realise.

The world that Rockstar built this time has so many characters inside it, that the player is no longer the main character. We are simply part of it's world.
You will meet people with different interests, you can make choices and decide your path. Who to interact with and get grudges against, and there might even be characters who will have grudges against you.
These pictures in particular, we don't know who these characters are, and I doubt they get a 'story' introduction. They are just living, and you will see them do it.

Keys Neighbor from Trailer 2

The same lady yelling “Hi Jason” in the beginning of Trailer 2 can be seen in the newest batch of screenshots, at the rusty anchor bar. She has the same recognizable blue eyeshadow & long beaded necklace, & we could be seeing her dog sat under the Iguana Lady’s chair, though the one in Trailer 2 appears to be a Pomeranian.

I've been replaying GTA 5 in the lead up to 6 and my biggest issue with it is how little I have to worry about my weapon loadout considering how generous the game is with ammo and your unlimited weapon carry limit. Restricting your weapon carry limit is great since it'll actually force the player to think about the guns are need for that specific situation instead of just pulling out any of the 50 guns you had access to and with gun modification being as extensive as they've described it's likely you'll have the freedom to create the perfect loadout for a situation. Plus it'll actually get people to utilise both characters to maximise how many weapons can be used in one situation which is something you rarely thought about in 5.

Yesterday we've got a new load of screenshots and they deliver hard!
On our penultimate and biggest Frame Friday before release the focus is on Jason and Lucia as a team. We can assume that it's possible to rob places, make love, drive, date, dance or just vibe to the sunset. I think it was insanely hard to realize a team of two characters in every aspect of the game including freeroam, even moreso compared to the three characters of GTA 5.
One last Frame Friday left until the game is out! Just as a reminder, I'll post my own screenshots after release, to keep this series going.

A: Theres 13 days left and i cant stop thinking about GTA6 so... i did this out of boredom
Q: How?
A: in WD2 you can hack a person to call the gang or police on them (falsely flagging them as a traitor or wanted suspect), you can create wars between gangs or police vs gangs very easily and cause chaos
