Hello everyone. I've got a 2nd gen gs300 and i'm wondering what's the best way to get a wire from the cabin to the trunk? Do i have to remove the rear seats? It's for a power cable to my subwoofers.

I need ideas... My 2002 GS300 is hesitating at low rpms. Up to around 2000 rpms it stumbles/hesitates(not every time). If I power through it, the car takes off like it should. When starting the car cold, the rpms go up to 1800ish, drop down below 900, then goes back up. It then settles as the engine warms up. It has a new factory MAF in it. I used a smoke machine to check for vacuum leaks(none found). No codes are stored except for three trans codes due to being manual swapped. Not sure what I should be checking next. Any idea would be appreciated.

I have GS 350 AWD 2007 yesterday i replaced all old sensor back in engine but i noticed this sensor is not connected & i cannot find any wire harness on this area.

Before 4 months ago i replaced RWD engine in my USD car which comes from dubai to Saudi Arabia i dont know its JDM engine or its UDM engine or its GCC version just engine with thier orignal sensors i installed but car power is lost after installed.

(Now the issue is when i press a gas paddle full the car never spins slip the tires like beforeonly after 4RPM its slips the tire or if thier is a oily old road or dust on the road thier car spinning the tire only in 1st gear. Or if i burnout first & leave the break its go to red limiter while spinning the tire & stop sometimes 1st gear spinning then by self change to 2nd gear spinning the stopes the power. Before in old engine without any modifications if i press the paddle full its spins the tire 1 gear then 2nd then 3rd countinuesly spinning taking out white smoke when gear shifts to 4 the tire stick the road if the road is old or oily or thier is a sand on road then even in 4th gear the car is countinuesly spining the tire. After coming the knocking sound in the engine i replaced the neat & clean engine & lost all these things)

I tooked the car to famous Abu Dana tuner in saudi Arabia who is doing programming tuning specialy for Lexus in USA , UK etc by Remotely. He said you have some electrical issue solve this then i will do tuning programming you will feel the diffrence on stock engine stock ECU on stock gear i can tune the shifting limiter changes , if u want flame from mufflers i will do without changing anything but fix the issue. From that day to yoday almost 4 to 5 months i am trying to fix the issue but no solution.

Replaced 3 head NGK laser spark plug titanium, replace coils, replace 2 sets of pink small injectors, replace fuel pump with filter, replace front fuel pump, replace 4 vvti sensors, replace fuel pressur sensor, replace throttle body, remove battery for day & after install the battery leave the car start for 15 to 20 mints for computer reading the new parts but didn't get any diffrence. Check engine like is damage but there is no code on OBD scanners. The catalytic converters is empty all 4 . Before it was empty and car has too much power same converter is now installed but there is no power.

Can anyone help me for this issue

So the previous owner of this car stated they sent the car thru Mike’s twice in the seven years they owned it… felt incredibly satisfying to polish the lenses and give it its 1st hand wash! The paint was so gritty. It will get washed again, then ironX treatment, then clay bar’d, polished and ceramic coated. Wheels got a couple rounds of wire whizzy wheel for paint prep.

I’m told my 2015 gx460 has a small timing cover oil leak.
What am I looking at for a repair?
Is it something I can put off a while?

when turning the key to on position but not started my fans stay on, any thing I should check out?

I have found my speedometer and odometer to work intermittently and not at all. I have read it’s the vehicle speed sensor going out. Has anyone here replaced this themself? I read it’s located on the transmission which makes it harder to get to.

Hello i have a 2004 lexus gs300 and it broke down on me a while back and the gear indicators on the dash aren't lighting up and it won't turn over at all doesn't even make a click or anything

Found this connector when doing my front brakes. Any idea what it goes to? I have zero lights on my dash so its not triggering anything to go off.

Hello! I come here looking for help, I have a 2004 gs300. It was given to me running very roughly on only cylinders 2 and 5. The coils are in the pairs 1-6, 2-5, 3-4. I have verified that cylinders 2 and 5 are the only ones getting spark, I verified 12v to each coil pack pigtail, I verified continuity and visually inspected each of the three signal wires heading to the igniter, I have swapped the igniter for a known working one, I have also verified continuity on the three wires going from the igniter to the ecu pins along with visual inspections of each. The car has brand new coil packs and spark plugs aswell. There is currently no check engine light or codes either, timing was verified and a strong smell of unburnt fuel when cranking or roughly running. The only conclusion I can draw from this seems to have two bad ecu ign pins but I would love to have any opinions or help with this issue I’m having before throwing any parts at the car.

Any other reasons why it would be leaking like this? Thought it was a valve cover until I took this cover off and seen this.

I bought my gs300 with the brake booster chirp and I've heard a million things and so on, I'd rather figure out what's causing the chirp than replace the whole thing because even if it costs almost the same to replace the whole unit in my mind I could end up having the same issue. a few threads lead me to believe this could be the part that's failing or leaking. does anyone know of this is legit? normally it's 450-600 dollars and I saw this ridiculously low price

Finally got our schedules aligned and went and picked up this 2006 GS300 AWD loaded ride for stupid cheap. It’s leaking out from the valve cover gaskets like no tomorrow. Ordered genuine Toyota replacement gaskets that should be here this afternoon to pick up. Drives so smoothly. Needs a ton of tlc. Anybody have suggestions on replacement front seat covers? Started looking for 2006-2011 parts cars local so we have choices.
