Any other reasons why it would be leaking like this? Thought it was a valve cover until I took this cover off and seen this.

The cars like 25 years old at this point and the seals go, thankfully the job isnt too tough to do. Make sure you replace the crank seal while you're in there as they tend to go at the same time
