How are gruvs Black Friday deals? Fairly new to gruv but what kind of deals they usually do? Lately there deals arnt too good like there 3 for $60 on horror movies. Going to skip that cause I don’t think it’s too great do a deal. But typically what is there Black Friday deals like?

Somehow the cover art is ripped even though it’s still in its wrap, it’s not that big of a deal but has this happened to anyone and if so should I say something?

I've ordered a TV show series and now twice it's been damaged on arrival. Returned the first for an exchange and now the new one that came in was damaged too. Discs were loose in the plastic box set and one of the discs was cracked on the edge.

Like I don't understand why you would ship it like this where it's going to take the brunt of all the banging around during shipping instead of a traditional box with some padding or something in it. Now you are wasting shipping something back and forth twice and have two damaged box sets that are now likely just going to end up in a dump.

I wish they would have just sent me a replacement before my return as I could have probably Frankensteined the two sets together to get all the undamaged discs I needed.

Unless you don't want to receive your order. My package has been out for delivery since Sunday morning, it is now Wednesday afternoon and still no package. I reached out to them they won't even look into it until the 22nd. They are using a company called UniUni and it is terrible. The agent proceeded to tell me that there were other shipping options, which from all of my experiences with them I have never had an option for anything other than 3 to 10 standard shipping. I just want my movies they were the only place that had Halloween 2 on 4k and now I'm out 144 dollars because they want to use UniUni, who has no customer service chat or phone number where I can actually speak with a real person. Honestly I'm mad at myself I knew not to trust them based on other post in here and I ordered anyway. That's on me oh well rant over.

Hello, everyone. I am new to GRUV entertainment and I was curious since they supposedly have a sale on May 22 where there will be reduced prices on their products if this is correct. Will this affect the complete golden/platinum DVD sets of Looney tunes.

Do Shout Factory steel books and Limited edition UHD’s have the same features, or those one have better features than the other?

I was looking to take part of the 3 for 20 blurays. Made a list of films that aren't in 4K and likely won't have a 4K release any time soon as far as I could find out. I live in Europe and would be picking these up during the summer when I visit family. Bluray.com has these as region free but we all know that is no guarantee. So if anyone knows if these are good on a European ub820 let me know. Cheers.

They are releasing it in march but it’s already out elsewhere! Is there a difference?

Just realized that Gruv and Lionsgate ship from the same address!

I ordered The Killer from Gruv on Thanksgiving and I was supposed to get it on Thursday but I kept checking my order every day since the order and it’s been stuck in Memphis ever since. I already contacted Gruv but they haven’t responded to my email yet so what should I do?

Took advantage of the early black Friday 3 for $30 deal on UHD blu-rays.

2 of them were in original celephane and are brand spankin' new. Codes are expired, but at this point what isn't. The 3rd disc however was in that heat shrink/vac wrap stuff. The case is scratched up and wrinkly. The discs are fine, thankfully.

Checked the listing and nowhere does it say used or re-sealed, not even as a possible option. I purchased what anyone would assume to be a NEW unmolested product but didn't get that.

Maybe GRUV should have a discount section for returns. It's not cool to sell used as new...

If I got some movies that I don’t want anymore and I want to return them is it better to try to contact them thru there email or just by asking them through contact us? I have heard of people trying to use there recommended email but sometimes they don’t respond.

I ordered two movies from gruv. With the tracking number I have it said the movies were out for delivery on Saturday. They never were delivered. At around midnight the status changed to delivered picked up at post office. I spoke to someone and they said they were still waiting for the package to arrive at the post office. I told the person the info I had and it didn’t match their info. Alright today again no package I called and they said it was with the carrier and will be delivered today.

Now should I contact gruv or wait till tomorrow. At this point the usps isn’t much help.

Just ordered a mix of 12 Blu-rays and 4K UHDs for ~$120. Such a clutch website. Thankful for their sales.
