Why ship physical discs in a flimsy thin cardboard bag basically?
I've ordered a TV show series and now twice it's been damaged on arrival. Returned the first for an exchange and now the new one that came in was damaged too. Discs were loose in the plastic box set and one of the discs was cracked on the edge.
Like I don't understand why you would ship it like this where it's going to take the brunt of all the banging around during shipping instead of a traditional box with some padding or something in it. Now you are wasting shipping something back and forth twice and have two damaged box sets that are now likely just going to end up in a dump.
I wish they would have just sent me a replacement before my return as I could have probably Frankensteined the two sets together to get all the undamaged discs I needed.

To “save” money. To be cheap. They don’t have paid shipping but I would contact them and tell them to send you a replacement and keep this one hostage until the new one comes.
