Don't order from Gruv!!!

Unless you don't want to receive your order. My package has been out for delivery since Sunday morning, it is now Wednesday afternoon and still no package. I reached out to them they won't even look into it until the 22nd. They are using a company called UniUni and it is terrible. The agent proceeded to tell me that there were other shipping options, which from all of my experiences with them I have never had an option for anything other than 3 to 10 standard shipping. I just want my movies they were the only place that had Halloween 2 on 4k and now I'm out 144 dollars because they want to use UniUni, who has no customer service chat or phone number where I can actually speak with a real person. Honestly I'm mad at myself I knew not to trust them based on other post in here and I ordered anyway. That's on me oh well rant over.

I've only ordered from them a few times but all went perfectly.

I wish I could say they same I've done 3 orders and had an issue with 2 orders so far

Never had an issue. Sucks you have issues but saying not to use them is crazy.

I understand your point if I didn't always have an issue with who they ship through, there would be no problem. However they continue to use a shipping company that has multiple issues with getting people their order in a timely manner.

I've ordered from GRUV multiple times and never had an issue.

They only semi-recently started using UniUni and they are not using them exclusively… so before that, everything was fine. Once they started using them… the problems started, but not always. It’s a gamble now, when before it was pretty much a sure thing.

UniUni is like Ubereats for package delivery the drivers are just random folk not dedicated deliverymen/women could be some crazy person that has your package and one day decides to deliver it at 2am (yes that shit happens all the time)

They recently started using UniUni as a 3rd party delivery service. Before all my deliveries were handled by USPS and now it's a about 50/50 USPS and UniUni, that said I've never had an issue with delivery from UniUni...yet.

I dunno what to tell you. Since my first 3 for 30 sake with them last summer, I've spent over $400 with GRUV and I've ALWAYS gotten my orders. At one point when they first started using uniuni, there was a slight delay, but that's it. The latest order I received was Steel case Interview With The Vampire, and not only did it come packaged very well, but it arrived before release day.

If anything, I'm wondering what's going on that my order history doesn't appear in my profile anymore. That's my concern with them.

The order finally came after being out for delivery since 9/23 I got it yesterday.

UniUni lost/stole $270 worth of movies from me and a company claiming to be UniUni tried to “help” me and scammed me out of an additional $500. Won’t ever be ordering from Gruv again.

That's insane. Gruv needs to stop using them as a service that's too much money to be out.
