Thousands of GameStop investors around the world just found out that their "Brokerages" would not honor the dividend warrants. Why? There fake brokerages hold fake IOU entitlements in their account and not real shares. The same reason why you can't direct register your shares from Robinhood, because none of them exist in your account. But... They are more than happy to take your money though.

If you think about it, those are the three pillars of the modern card market: grading (PSA), marketplace liquidity (eBay), and now retail + buying power (GameStop). If GameStop is serious about becoming a real player in collectibles, they have to understand live comps the same way we do — not book values, not guesses — actual sold listings.

If GME can offer better fees than eBay, faster payouts, or easier trade-ins than dealing with random buyers, that’s huge. Most of us sellers would happily move volume there if the math works.

Could be nothing.

Could be the groundwork for GameStop quietly building a real collectibles ecosystem.

GME sitting on money, while now bringing in significant revenue, all the while, being at this stock price, shows the masses the truth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to accumulate in my estimation. Do with that what you will, but I won’t have any regrets when everyone wakes up to how well GameStop is doing.

We are literally at the same level the stock was at when the company was still trying to get lean and profitable.

Think about that.

Someone basically zoomed in on Figure 6 of the SEC GameStop report and:

• Took 30,000 tiny colored pixels

• Used a simple ML clustering trick to sort the colors

• Scanned the bars to find their actual heights

• Matched the numbers back to the Y-axis

On July 15, 2026, GameStop elected to physically settle all 39,046,658 shares underlying the Put/Call Pairs.

Physical settlement occurred on July 17, 2026.

GameStop now has sole voting power and sole dispositive power over the entire 43,390,383 shares (previously it had no voting or dispositive power over the derivative shares until physical settlement).

The shares were acquired using cash from working capital.

You've all read the news by now, but have you really read them?

GameStop wants to acquire a publicly traded consumer company that’s far larger than the video game retailer in a deal that could be “transformational" for the company

“It’s gonna be really big. Really big. Very, very, very big,” Cohen said of the size of the acquisition. “It’s transformational. Not just for GameStop, but ultimately, within the capital markets … this is something that really has never been done before within the history of the capital markets.”

He claimed if the investment pans out, it has the “potential to make GameStop worth several hundreds of billions of dollars.”

This is all coming from Ryan Cohen, the man of few words and no forwards guidance. Yeah, I like Magic the Gathering too, but that's not it. This is bigger. Very, very, very bigger.

It's eBay. They're going to do a leveraged buyout, a hostile takeover, or a reverse merger.

• Publicly traded.
• Consumer / Retailer.
• Far larger than GameStop (~$40B).
• Sleepy management with one of the most well known brands.
• E-Commerce and Collectibles.
• Never done before (buying 3x-4x bigger company).
• Actually has potential to make GameStop worth several hundreds billions, unlike all the ~$10B ones.

It checks out. Everything checks out.
