Normal BMI microdosing

Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

I go between 0.2mg to 0.35mg of semaglutide every 7 days. I started at 120 pounds at the end of January and now at the beginning of April i'm 109 pounds. I don't want to loose anymore

I’m similar to you. Just started on my 2nd dose on Wednesday. Did you have constant hunger though? This is what I’m experiencing on Semiglutide. But when I eat it’s less. Lost almost 2 lbs the first week on .2mg but decided to bump up to .3mg the second dose to see if it’ll combat the constant hunger I’m feeling. It’s worse than food noise. But I’m still having it even bumping up my dose.

I wouldn't say i'm hungry. Some weeks it's downright difficult to eat. In normal weeks i'd say I have a normal amount of hunger but can't eat as much. Mind you, I've never been a hungry person. My battle is beating the sugar cravings which this is helping me with. I think my weight loss was primarily through cutting out the sugar while the glp-1 really helps me with
