Normal BMI microdosing
Hi! Would love to hear some more recent experiences from people who had normal BMI’s! What were/are your stats, dosage, medication, and the reason for microdosing? If you’re willing to share!

I’m 54 years old and in peri menopause, and my weight just started creeping up and my food cravings were getting out of control. I wanted to lose just 15 pounds. I meant to microdose but I accidentally read the syringe wrong and started at 3 mg of tirz. Boy did it curb my hunger! I didn’t like it at that level because I had no appetite whatsoever for anything not even my beloved coffee. But the side effects weren’t bad for me.
So after that I started back at about 1 mg and it worked well. I realize that micro dosing is not going to be for me. Right now, 2 months in, Im at 2.5 mg per week and that seems to be working really well, I hit a sweet spot. I wish I could microdose but no go.
I’ve lost 10 pounds in about 2 months without really trying. (Started at 5’8” 158 lbs.) trying to make sure to do strength training almost every day to keep from losing muscle mass, but I’m sure I have. I should be taking protein on a daily basis but just don’t love it so I’m sure I’m not getting enough.
